5th ASPED conference 1-3 October 2024 Abstract template
The deadline of abstract submission: 1 July, 2025.
Terms and conditions:
The Scientific Committee of the EOFF 2025 reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts either oral, video or poster presentation and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors’ preference of the type of the presentation and theme will be taken into account.
Submission guidelines :
-Abstracts must be submitted in English.
-Abstracts must contain no more than 350 words.
-Title should not contain more than 30 words.
-The abstracts should be informative. Clearly states background and aims, methods, results and conclusions of study.
-No Images, tables or graphs are allowed in abstract submission.
-After the submission deadline, no further changes are permitted to be made to abstracts.
-Authors are strongly advised to ensure the accuracy of the submitted abstracts.
-Any mistakes in literature or in scientific facts will be published as what is typed.
Announcement
The young doctors and trainers whose are under the age of 40 are invited to submit their abstract for the conference.
The abstract could be a research work, case report, or an audit.
The best abstract will receive an award 1000 USD and will be presented in the conference.
This prize is donated by Prof. Badr El Din Ahmed, Cornell Medical College- Qatar.
