DR. AWATIF JUMA AL BAHAR, Director Consultant IVF in Sharjah Fertility Centre, University Hospital Sharjah.
After completing her graduation, she specialized in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the German Board, Koln and has a membership in Endocrine and Infertility from Academic University in Bonn.

Dr. Awatif had been selected in 2002 in Dubai Excellency Programe.

Her name is mentioned in the U.A.E Book of Special Personalities of All Fields (i.e. Medicine, Politics, Art etc.).

She had been awarded by His Highness Amro Mosa in 2004 as the leader in medicine and
social services in Middle East. 

She was awarded Hero of Health Care in 2012 by His Highness Ruler of Ajman. 

The Asian Healthcare Leadership Awards of 2015 awarded her as Asia’s most influential healthcare professional of the year. CMA Asia & World Health & Wellness Congress & Awards selected Dr. Awatif to be present with the “50 Most Talented Healthcare Leaders of the Middle East” citation in October 2016. Most recently in 2017, she has been awarded as Outstanding Women in Healthcare by the World CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) congress organized by the World CSR Day and also awarded as an Icon of the Middle East on 23rd March 2017. 

Women Grand Champions Awards of 2021 awarded her as Women Icon of the Year- Healthcare. National Feather Awards for Healthcare and Pharma awarded her as Women change maker of the year in healthcare (National Feather Awards,2024) and the Women Icon of the year in Healthcare (National Feather Awards, 2024). 

Council for brand Business Promotions and Research (May 2024) awarded her the World Healthcare award 2024.
